Yo everyone. Just a quick tutorial on how you can install third party themes on Windows 7 and Windows Vista. Like I mentioned, I am not sure whether the files are the same or not for Vista. This tutorial will show you how to download and install custom themes for Windows 7. (Windows 7 only, NOT Vista, XP… etc) This can give you a whole new look to Windows 7, and if you haven’t tried this before, then I definitely recommend it.
